The interior has been designed to optimize every corner: the sleeping area is located on a mezzanine with a comfortable double bed, while the kitchen, compact but functional, is equipped with an induction hob, sink, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom is modern and complete with shower. Guests also have access to a Smart TV, free and unlimited Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, while check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. An identity document is required for registration with the State Police. The tourist tax is €4 per person per night (for a maximum of 7 nights), to be paid in cash upon arrival – minors are exempt.
